Cprocess^® work management application

Cprocess^® software is a browser-based work management application allowing companies to organize, plan and review their office- and knowledge workers´ work.

Cprocess^® delivers knowledge management, project management, business process management, process design, task management, calendar management, email and print correspondence, process governance and business activity monitoring in just one system in an SAP NetWeaver environment.

SAP users can apply Cprocess standalone for reorganizing and harmonizing their office staff work in just one SAP based system.

If SAP customers install Cpronto® too, Cprocess^® governs additionally individually created business applications; see also the Work-In-Context approach.

Cprocess user dialogs are targeted to business users who can interact with the system intuitively.

Your situation and challenges

You are preferably an SAP IT organisation and you want to centralize and harmonize office and project work for business and IT departments in the approved and stable SAP NetWeaver environment. Thus you strive for:

• A central BPM solution with accompanying lower costs for third-party software licenses and maintenance cost.

Cprocess^® consists of four software modules.

Cprocess Knowledge Management

The Knowledge Management module stores terminology, translations, business rules, documents and semantic data for your organization. Business departments or users might open arbitrary domains for their organization, processes or projects. All definitions can be reused in process or business application definitions.

Cprocess Work Management

Your organisation, programs, projects, processes, tasks are managed with the work management module. Customers, who want to integrate SAP objects like employees, customers or any other object of their choice, are provided with coding-free integration.

Cprocess Configuration Management

The configuration management module delivers specialized rich user interfaces for calendar, correspondence, processes, tasks and document forms. Business users can adopt and configure their personal work environment according to their needs.

Cprocess Performance Management

The performance management module allows reporting and monitoring of programs, projects, processes and tasks. This business graphic and table reporting might lead to further improvement ideas, which again can be stored in the knowledge management module.
