Using language-based interactions in business applications is a common practice. However today coded and limited user interactions applied in call centres are not well liked.

Nevertheless computer based verbal communication can improve considerably. That is to say, when machines will be able to identify meaning in a context, to interpret and to reason (see research field Ontologies).

According to our goals Companio research department is dealing with the following topics:

• Creating language context, reduction, Voice XML

• Language systems, language platforms, language portals

• Language conversion, speech-to-text; text-to-speech
