In 2001 the management consultant Helmut Stark founded Companio AG. Helmut, having graduated as Diplom-Wirtschaftsinformatiker, started his career as a consultant for production automation in an international consultancy. In his next professional step he designed and developed CIM software for the manufacturing industry. Back to consulting business he focused on SAP ERP worldwide rollouts and IT technology consulting.

At present he is managing director of Companio AG. Companio is a technology consultancy that advises SAP customers in hightech-software. Since 2003 Companio does research and develops software for automated production of business software.
